Our telephone support packages are available during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Once you have signed on for one of the following programs you will receive unlimited telephone support through to the end of the program.

Website access gives you links to technical document and manuals for your specific products. An updated copy of your EEPROM backup data is also available for all hydraulic machines.

6 months of access	$250.00
12 months of access	$400.00

 

 

SPECIAL SERVICE PACKAGE

These rates are effective until December 31, 2010

Combine one of our Preventative Maintenance Contract with the 12 month Tech Support and 12 month Web Access and get the following rates.
