FIELD SERVICE RATES
These rates are effective until December 31,

Expenses will be billed as follows:
- Airfare, Hotel, Automobile rental and Automobile expenses will
be billed at actual costs
- Meals and Incidentals will be billed at $75.00 per day
- Local travel will be billed at $0.75 per mile
Note: Expenses will be prorated if additional service calls are performed within the
same area.
