FIELD SERVICE RATES
These rates are effective until December 31, 2008

Expenses will be billed as follows:
- Airfare and Hotel at actual costs
- Automobile Rental, and automobile expenses $95.00 per day
- Local travel will be billed at $0.75 per mile
- Meals and incidentals will be billed at $75.00 per day
Note: Expenses will be prorated if additional service calls are performed within the
same area.
