Nisshinbo LCM Series - Simplicity in Laser Cutting Technology

Atlanta, GA – Nisshinbo’s hybrid-design LCM series CO2 laser cutting machines offer cost-effective, entry-level models to meet your company’s fabricating needs. Built with basic sheet-metal cutting in mind, they provide user-friendly options for those desiring a machine that trims cost and complexity without sacrificing quality.

Despite their simplicity, versatility is not forgotten with the LCM series. While primarily intended for flat sheet cutting, the machine’s three-axis cutting center will automatically maintain the focal point on distorted, warped, or shaped pieces, and an optional contact sensor is available for non-metal applications. Collision protection is standard. The package includes a 7.5" FL adapter, allowing for easy use of a 7.5" FL lens with the standard 5" cutting head. The machines feature three low-pressure (150 psi/10 bar) and one high pressure (350 psi/25 bar) gas options. The Koolant Kooler-high capacity, dual-circuit chiller provides variable water temperature for mirror cooling and laser operation.

Specifications

The LCM series’ standard 2200 watt PRC laser and Turbo Flow compressors cut at a maximum feed rate of 472 ipm (12 m/min), while maintaining a positioning accuracy of ± .0004" (.01 mm). An optional 3500 watt laser is available.

At the nerve center of the machine is the Nisshinbo 32-bit controller with RS-232C interface, standard multi-tasking, graphic programming and a 3.5 inch floppy disk. Program storage is one megabyte of RAM.

The series’ Down FlowÔ design self-cleaning Torit exhaust system, ensures a low heat, particle-free workspace. A dual parts and scrap conveyor is standard. Table sizes vary from 39.75"x39.75" (1000 mm x 1000 mm) on the LCM 1000HK to 60.04"x120" (1525 mm x 3000 mm) for the LCM 1525HK. The mid-sized LCM 1250HK’s table sizes up at 49.2"x98.4" (1250 mm x 2500 mm).

Special Pricing Eliminates Haggling and Hidden Costs

An attractive feature equal to the functionality of the LCM series is the no-haggle pricing policy it shares with the entire Nisshinbo fabricating line. This "no special deal, no volume discounts" policy ensures that all customers pay the same low price – the lowest price Nisshinbo can offer. Prices include shipping, rigging, installation and on-site training. Nisshinbo is the source for a complete system, providing customers with the industry’s most efficient means of purchasing fabricating technology.
