Punch Holders








Provides greater versatility with reduced tooling cost, quick tool changing and allows for deep box forming. The punch holders can be positioned along the length of the ram for a variety of applications. Wedge adjustment for crowning and quick release. E-Z Universal Holder with wedge accepts either precision European / American type tools.

  Hydraulic Tool Clamping

The Wila Hydraulic Clamping Systems allows for quick change of the upper tooling, incorporating the "quick change tool with Safety Click", tools are hydraulically clamped, lowering setup time, while guarantying precision alignment of the tools.

PC 1200 Offline Programming Software Option


This option allows the user to create and edit programs for the PBB/PBH series of press brakes at a remote customer supplied Windows 98 or higher based PC. All of the feature of the CYBELEC controls are simulated allowing exact and rapid program creation and editing without machine interruption.

Electric Angle 
Protractor Option
An electric angle protractor connected to the CYBELEC control, allows the operator to transmit the measured value of the product directly to the numerical control which immediately calculates the correction. This makes the adjustment quicker and more reliable. ModEva Controls Only

Barcode Reader 
Option

A barcode reader may be used to scan barcode labels and then interface with the CYBELEC control Message Interpreter.  The message interpreter is a facility with which you may control the machine from a file. Similar to G-Code programming where the machine executes each line written in this file. ModEva Controls Only


Power Option


The standard machine is 380Volts.  A voltage transformer for incoming 480V/60Hz is supplied.  If another Voltage/frequencey is required, add this option price and specify exact needs with P.O.

Increase
Open Height/Stroke Option

This option allows the user to increase the open height or stroke in 100mm {3.94"} increments, thus increasing the daylight between the bottom of the ram and the top of the bed for larger profile products and increasing the stroke for deeper box bends.
American Style 
Ram Option

The machine standard ram is machined for European Precision ground tool clamping, when selecting this option the ram is machined for American style tool clamping.

Note: In both cases a lower die rail is supplied and adapts for both European Precision ground and American style dies.

Front Sheet Support Arms Option




This option allows the sheet supports to be moved left to right, sliding along the Linear Guide for easy positioning and quick set-up.

Optional light curtain integrated with Laser Safe PLC, PCSS-F for added protection and unique interface for enhancing machine operation with cycle from first light interrupt while monitoring to pinch point.  This option allows the highest safety level for machinery (EN954 category 4) and meets control reliability requirements as set forth in ANSI B11, 19 and
OSHA 1910.217.

Laserguard/PLC
Option

 

Optional Laserguard, integrated with Laser Safe PLC, PCSS-F offers maximum freedom around the tools as the detecting laser beams run directly under the upper tool tip. Thanks to the variable height adjustment the laserguard an be adjusted quickly as the tool heights vary. This option allows the highest safety level for machinery (EN954 category 4) and meets control reliability requirements as set forth in ANSI B11, 19 and OSHA 1910.217.

CSA/PSR Compliance/Certification Option


This option is required for Canadian machines only and includes the following:
  • Provide and implement all necessary documents and technical       adaptations to have the machine CSA compliant.
  • Interlocked Ram Block (mandatory for PSA Certification).
