Technical Features for the

Yawei LGS-K Hydraulic CNC Guillotine Shear

The LGS-K Hydraulic shears have been developed with the latest technologies in the field of production and drive techniques.  In addition to high productivity they distinguish themselves because of their sturdiness, simplicity, compactness and modular construction. 

In addition the blade clearance is self-compensating due to the frame structure, making sure that the clearance remains constant over the full length even in the case of a center load.  The blade beam guides require very little maintenance. The backgauge has a standard range of 40" (1000 mm) using linear guides and re-circulating ball screw with a speed of 474"/min (200 mm/sec) and an accuracy of 0.00039" (0.01 mm) and a repetitive accuracy of ±0.001" (0.03 mm) (by means of a closed loop control).  A standard feature of the backgauge is clearance compensation and it retracts automatically when cutting narrow strips.  After changing or grinding the blades, each with two cutting edges, the clearance can be adjusted at the front, which is ergonomic and efficient.

The worktable structure is designed to be able to compensate the curving of the upper beam under the action of the shearing force, assuring the blade gap to stay the same along the full length of the worktable, enhancing the shearing precision and quality.


Hydraulic System The compact hydraulic system of Hoerbiger, uses an advanced structure design, system pressure control adopt Electri-Hydraulic proportional valve, the system pressure in a whole working period can be controlled by programming to ensure a stable working performance.

Standard Features - Delem DAC-360


The DAC-360 control provides a complete solution for shearing machines. It includes the control of back gauge, cutting angle, stroke length and gap, based on state of the art electronics.

 

Beside back gauge control, the DAC-360 automatically calculates the required setting for the cutting angle and gap depending on material properties and thickness. The stroke length is limited for minimal production time and related to the material length to cut.

 

Full pressure control for clamping and cutting
is on board the DAC-360.

With its bright LCD screen a clear and easy operation is offered. The numerical programming is user-friendly and guides the operator through the programming possibilities.
