LGS-C Series Features

                    

The LGS-C shears have been developed with the latest technologies in the field of production and drive techniques.  In addition to high productivity they distinguish themselves because of their sturdiness, simplicity, compactness and modular construction. 

In addition the blade clearance is self-compensating due to the frame structure, making sure that the clearance remains constant over the full length even in the case of a center load.  The blade beam guides require very little maintenance. The backgauge has a standard range of 40" (1000 mm) using linear guides and re-circulating ball screw with a speed of 474"/min (200 mm/sec) and an accuracy of 0.00039" (0.01 mm) and a repetitive accuracy of ±0.001" (0.03 mm) (by means of a closed loop control).  A standard feature of the backgauge is clearance compensation and it retracts automatically when cutting narrow strips.  After changing or grinding the blades, each with two cutting edges, the clearance can be adjusted at the front, which is ergonomic and efficient.

Some advanced features of the LGS-C shear:
  • Programmable blade cutting length:  This allows the sheet to be cut anywhere along the length of the blades, preventing all the wear taking place on one part of the blades. i.e. thick material can be cut quickly on the far right of the blade.  This can give a longer blade life between turning and regrinding.
  • Automatic compensation of the backgauge position:  When the blade clearance is changed the backgauge position is automatically adjusted to give the correct product dimension.
  • Adjustment of cutting width:  When the blade rake is changed the stroke length of the top blade is adjusted to maintain the correct cutting width.
  • Data storage:  The memory in the control can be used for storage of cutting programs.  This allows the operator to recall often used cutting programs.  It is also possible to store pre-set values in manual mode to recall the most often used values of material type and thickness.  These values can be simple stored and altered by the operator.

LGS Series CNC Guillotine Shears

This special worktable structure designed from limit-element optimization make the curving Sx, which is formed during shearing, to be able to compensate the curving of the upper beam under the acting of the shearing force, assuring the blade gap to stay the same along the full length of the worktable, enhancing the shearing precision and quality.

Self-lubricating plane contact guide way, hydraulic clamping, the clamping force will not be changing with the blade-gap, ensuring the up/down movement of the upper beam without clearance.




Hydraulic System




Adopt the compact hydraulic system of Hoerbiger, advanced structure design, the system pressure control adopt Electri-Hydraulic proportional valve, the system pressure in a whole working period can be controlled by programming to ensure a stable working performance.



CNC System
