Wheel Function

You may or may not have heard about the latest innovations in sheet metal fabricating, the Wilson Wheel™.  This new tooling concept applies vertical wheel cutting and rolling technology to turret punch presses.  Now with the NISSHINBO Hydraulic Ram Turret Punch Press machines you can also continuously contour with these tools.

Multi-tool is a cost-effective method to increase tool capacity and reduce set up time.

Wilson Tool provides 5, 8, and 20 station multi-tools.

Available on all turret models except HTP-650.

Brush Table

Replaceable brushes help reduce surface scratching and lowers noise while the sheet is moving.  Brushes can be removed and replaced with standard / steel ball or nylon ball transfers.

Heavy duty side plates with "closed box" design provides a highly rigid frame that maintains punch to die alignment. 

Twin Y axis lead screws drive the carriage from both sides of the frame by an AC servo motor.  This eliminates "crabbing" and improves accuracy.

Available on all turret models except HTP-650.

The ram's BDC (Bottom Dead Center) is programmable in 1/1000 mm (.0004") increments.  The ram can also be programmed to a complete stop at BDC.  These features provide excellent control in forming operations.  The ram velocity is programmable and the most efficient ram pressure is automatically selected from up to 9 different levels.  This reduces punching noise and valve switching noise, resulting in quieter operation and reduced electrical consumption.

"Power Mizer" Hydraulic Servo Ram with linear scale feed back precisely monitors the position of ram providing real-time information that maintains the accuracy of the ram.  Low impact force due to programmable ram speed, longer tool life, low noise, minimizes energy consumption.   Our system uses standard hydraulic oil, common filters and requires no after chiller.

Available on all turret models except MAP-1000.

The long-term accuracy of the high-precision worm gear system is guaranteed by this continuous lubrication system.  Better abrasion resistance results when compared to grease lubrication.  Worm shaft and worm wheel are submerged in oil-bath.   Nisshinbo offers three sizes of A/I stations - 1.25", 3.5", and 4.5" (optional).

The hardened guide bushings are installed on all NISSHINBO turret machines with high abrasion-resistance for long life.  These bushings are also easily replaceable at the first signs of wear.

This device allows for quick and easy loading and unloading of heavy tool assemblies (2", 3.5" and 4.5") to and from the turret.

Only available on HIQ turret models.

The optional tapping station utilizes an existing turret station.  This means that no die center offsets are needed and that holes can be tapped anywhere on the sheet.  The unit has a tap breakage sensor and oil mist lubrication for extended tap life.

Tap sizes from 4/40 thru 5/16 -18.

The part chute is designed to remove and convey parts quickly from the machine without operator intervention and without stopping machine production.  It is especially suited for higher part production and small part removal during punching.

Only available on HIQ models.

The trap door will allow a part size of 32.25" (820mm) x 19.6" (500mm) to be conveyed to part conveyor for final transfer and removal.

A small hydraulic punch is mounted in the table to produce the final punch for part separation from the blank.

Programmable Clamps

The clamps are automatically positioned under program control.   Eliminates manual clamp positioning during product change over.

Three programmable workclamps are standard on all NISSHINBO HIQ-1250/30, HIQ-1525/30 and HIQ-3048 models only.

Only available on HIQ-1250/30,HIQ-1525/30 and HIQ-3048 models only.

The control will automatically detect an attempt to punch inside of the no punch zones, one of the three clamps will retract in the Y axis direction to allow uninterrupted operation.

Only available on HIQ-1250/30 and HIQ-1525 models.

NISSHINBO's unique full-color dialog programming with pictorial G-code keys allows simplified part programming from the control's keyboard.

Features include:  easy program; multi-tasking allows programming new parts while the machine is producing other parts; programs can be verified using color graphic simulation; interface:  RS-232; program storage: 3.5" floppy diskette; internal memory: 127 programs.

PAL-Vision - 600T

NISSHINBO's newest CNC Control, a windows based operating system allows for the standard full color graphic programming from the control keyboard.

Features include - multi-tasking, parts simulation, Ethernet interface, SSHD (50mb) part storage, 3 1/2" floppy disk drive / USB port - Windows XP operating system.
